The Monetary Authority of Singapore has just released guidelines for all banks engaging in Internet Banking in a report  titled: "Internet Banking Technology Risk Management Guidelines".  The MAS now requires banks to assess risks relevant to the bank's operations, disclose the results, and then develop, test and monitor the effectiveness of a risk management  plan and update it as required.  Click on the link above to view the policy in detail.
