MINIMUM OPERATING REQUIREMENTS . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Minimum Operating Requirements, or MOR's, are the minimum numbers of anything required to perform a business function for a specific period of time. They include the people, computers and records your business would need to function, for example, at 50% of normal capacity. You determine Minimum Operating  Requirements by answering questions like:
  • How many people will we need to call customers in the first three (3) days?
  • What is the minimum number of PC's we would need to do our monthly invoicing?
  • Which files or records would we need in order to function?
  • Do we even have a customer list stored outside our building?
